$115,500 to a Kansas roofing contractor in connection with an incident in which a worker fell from a roof, broke his neck and was paralyzed

$110,440 to an Illinois sewer and water contractor for allegations of failing to protect workers from a cave-in and moving soil and chunks of asphalt during trenching operations

$109,800 to a Houston-based precast firm for alleged electrical and fall hazards

$83,160 to a Georgia metal finishing company for allegations of workers being exposed to dangerous chemical levels
