$115,500 to an Ohio excavator in connection with a sewer trench collapse that killed one person and injured another
$99,000 to a Texas processing and wholesale facility for allegations of exposing workers to hazardous chemicals
$82,900 to a Houston-based manufacturer for allegedly exposing workers to chemical and electrical hazards, as well as unguarded machinery
