$213,000 to a Florida roofing company for allegations of failing to protect workers from fall hazards

$106,000 to an Alabama-based smelter in connection with a fatal workplace fall from a ladder

$88,000 to an Anheuser-Busch facility in Houston for allegedly exposing workers to carbon dioxide and other hazards while work was being done in brewery cellars

$9,000 to a Montana wildlife casting agency in connection with the mauling death of a 24-year-old trainer
