More safety training isn’t the answer to safer workplaces. At least that’s not what the data suggests.

Join us as we explore research insights from 200 safety and operations leaders globally, across seven industries, drawn from Blackline Safety’s newly released “Keeping People Safe Report.”

You’ll learn:

  • Where the majority of organizations are directing their safety budgets over the next two years.
  • Why the gap between safety protocols and real-world practice isn’t shrinking.
  • How we can move beyond data that looks backward to data that helps us get ahead of incidents and make quick decisions in the moment.
  • Why more training is being replaced by more relevant training, tools and data working together as one system.

This will be a discussion between Christine Gillies, Blackline’s chief product and marketing officer, and Matt Law, a researcher and business strategist who’s also the director of Work to Zero at the National Safety Council.
