Tumwater, WA — A new webpage offers resources for fostering mental wellness in the workplace and supporting workers who have a diagnosed mental illness.

Created by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, the webpage includes information for employers, managers, supervisors and workers. 

Washington L&I cites Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data that shows mental illnesses are among the most common health conditions nationwide, with more than 1 out of 5 U.S. adults living with a mental illness.
