Safety Supply Corp., a Memphis, TN-based manufacturer of high-quality personal protective equipment and parent of Radians, recently announced its acquisition of Neese Industries Inc., a Gonzales, LA-based manufacturer of protective rainwear and flame-resistant clothing. Combined, Radians and Neese will have manufacturing capabilities in Mexico, which will improve lead times on several product lines by bringing manufacturing closer to the United States. Owning their plants, equipment, and in-house design and production teams allows both companies to respond quickly to unique customer needs. After systems integration is completed later this year, customers will be able to order both Radians and Neese products on a single purchase order.
