Fewer opioid prescriptions, fewer overdose deaths? ‘We can be optimistic,’ NSC’s Hersman says

A recent final rule from the Drug Enforcement Administration has helped reduce the number of prescriptions for opioid painkillers by one-fifth. In a new blog post, Deborah A.P.
