VelocityEHS, a cloud-based environment, health, safety and sustainability solutions provider, has acquired Humantech, provider of the only comprehensive SaaS ergonomics solution for any workplace environment. The acquisition will allow VelocityEHS to address a broader range of ergonomics risks, particularly for industrial and material-handling jobs, which have high demand for effective and affordable ergonomics solutions to address their growing musculoskeletal disorder injury risks and workers’ compensation costs. Humantech will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of VelocityEHS and retain the Humantech name under the VelocityEHS umbrella. Humantech operations will remain in Ann Arbor, MI.
