The Board of Certified Safety Professionals, headquartered in Indianapolis, has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and is aware of the ways in which it has negatively impacted its certificants’ ability to earn recertification points. In response, BCSP is making the examCORE program available for certificants to earn recertification points. As of March 25, completion of an examCORE program – ASP, CSP and the soon-to-be-released CHST – will account for four recertification points each. This offer extends through the end of 2020. BCSP examCORE is an interactive, online pre-exam training program that provides environmental, safety and health practitioners a means to build the knowledge and skills necessary for BCSP certification, covering the topics identified as essential by industry leaders.
