Four years after beginning its strategic partnership with Germany-based personal protective equipment provider UVEX SAFETY GROUP GmbH & Co. KG, HexArmor has begun Phase 2 of its stakeholder agreement. Phase 2 involves UVEX becoming the majority stakeholder of HexArmor. This step allows an even closer collaboration between the two safety companies. HexArmor will continue to be headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI, under its current leadership team. UVEX will remain headquartered in Fürth, Germany, with a focus on growing the HexArmor team in the United States.
