Pacific Handy Cutter, based in Irvine, CA, has acquired Lewis Safety Knife Co., a safety knife manufacturer located in Jacksonville, OR. The acquisition “further solidifies PHC’s position as a market leader in the design, production and distribution of safety cutting products,” a press release from PHC says. Lewis products will be available to purchase from PHC or from nationwide distributors.
