For one of the largest infrastructure projects in Canadian history, a commitment from its outset was the goal of becoming the safest project on earth. This commitment meant its workers would go home the same way they showed up to work, which meant they needed to be mentally fit on the jobsite. The project’s leadership team partnered with headversity to provide workers with preventative tools to support their overall well-being, build happiness and reduce the risk of workplace injury.
