Avetta, an Orem, UT-based global leader in supply chain risk management software, is being acquired by EQT Private Equity for more than $3 billion. This deal will allow Avetta to expand its reach, bringing stronger and more accurate insights to supply chain leaders through the AskAva platform. Arshad Matin will remain as CEO, overseeing the team as they expand their product offerings to continue their mission of ensuring workplaces are safe and sustainable for all current and prospective clients.
