Washington — Judson Dean has been appointed an administrative law judge with the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
Dean is one of five ALJs working in the Washington office and one of 12 in OSHRC’s three offices.
Previously, he was a senior trial attorney in the Department of Labor Office of the Solicitor for more than 20 years.
“During that time, he litigated some of the most significant and complex cases before OSHRC administrative law judges and gained the highest degree of respect for the vital role they play in adjudicating citations” issued by OSHA, a press release from OSHRC states.
