OSHA accepting nominations for federal advisory committee

Washington – OSHA is accepting nominations for membership with the Federal Advisory Council on Occupational Safety and Health, the agency announced Sept. 6.

The 16-member committee comprises equal numbers of federal management and employee representatives. Beginning Jan. 1, five positions will be open: two representatives of federal agency management and three federal employee representatives. Terms last for three years.

The deadline for nominations is Nov. 5.
