Protective Industrial Products, a Latham, NY-based hand protection and personal protective equipment manufacturer, recently announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire DJG Corp. Pty Ltd., the Australian parent company of Bisley Workwear. PIP, with more than 20 locations around the world, is a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. Bisley is widely recognized for innovative workwear designs and its ethical and sustainable sourcing affiliations. At press time, the transaction was expected to close near the end of December.
