DuPont Personal Protection, a Richmond, VA-based manufacturer of personal protection solutions, recently launched a globally consistent naming convention for Nomex to help safety managers identify the best solution for their needs. The new naming system will enable safety managers in a wide range of industries to specify the most appropriate Nomex solution needed for on-the-job protection. Although many of the product names are changing, the performance, protection and durability properties of these Nomex solutions will remain the same.
