Justrite Mfg. Co., a Des Plaines, IL-based manufacturer of products for the safe management of flammable liquids, has acquired United Kingdom-based Hughes Safety Showers Ltd., a manufacturer of eyewashes and facewashes and safety showers. “Hughes is a perfect complement to Justrite in both product and geographical fit. The two businesses create a stronger industrial safety company that will better serve our global customer base,” Mark McElhinny, president and CEO of Justrite, said in a press release announcing the acquisition.
