The SafePro Roof Hatch Safety Rail features a four-sided design and can be retrofitted to most common hatches in virtually any size. Preconfigured rails are available, as well as a universal rail that can be installed to many different hatch sizes in as little as 20 minutes. This rail features a self-closing gate to provide 360-degree passive fall protection in accordance with OSHA 1910.28(b)(3)(ii). The pre-engineered side rails also support a downward load on the gate, creating two additional ladder rungs, and ensuring compliance with 1910.23(d)(7). The rail is available galvanized or powder coated in several different colors, including safety yellow.
