She recently completed her OSHA 30 for General Industry training and specializes in areas including OSHA training, hazard communication and hearing conservation. Rachel also edits manuals on general industry regulations and hazard communication.

Joe Proulx, MS, CSP, Editor – EHS, J. J. Keller & Associates Inc.

With a strong background in manufacturing and higher education, Joe brings valuable expertise to J. J. Keller. He’s a Certified Safety Professional and a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds degrees in laser technology and industrial management, as well as a master’s in environmental, safety and health. He specializes in ergonomics, material handling, emergency preparedness and incident investigations.
