Washington — A bipartisan group of House lawmakers has reintroduced the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act in an effort to establish “a pregnant worker’s clear-cut right to reasonable workplace accommodations.”

San Francisco — OSHA is prioritizing an infectious diseases standard for the health care industry, according to a motion filed Feb. 16 in the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

When it comes to products being misused in the workplace, many people may not think of lighting-related items, but it’s happening and employers need to pay attention.
