Westminster, CO-based KPA has separated its Flex and Risk Management Center software businesses into an independent entity named Novara. Novara will focus on artificial intelligence-embedded safety and operational risk management software for high-risk industries. Its solutions will be delivered primarily through Flex, a configurable Software as a Service platform that supports day-to-day safety workflows. KPA will maintain its dedicated focus on comprehensive compliance solutions for the automotive industry. Michael Bruns, former CEO of KPA, will be the CEO of Novara. Wayne Curtis will take over as CEO of KPA.
