Designed specifically for cutting foam and insulation batting, the 10559’s blade extends 76 millimeters (3 inches) to get through thick materials. The durable, five-position handle also has locking stops at 6, 28 and 53 millimeters. The 10559 features manual retraction, right- and left-handed configurations, and no-tool blade change. The safety blades are chemically inert and oil-free, and never rust.
