DEWALT hard hats are rugged, comfortable and offer versatile protection. Available in cap and full-brim styles, they meet ANSI Z89.1 Type 1 – Class G and E requirements. The rigid shell, made of lightweight high-density polyethylene, provides impact protection from falling debris. The ratchet nylon suspension system and pillowed brow band inside the hard hat act as a shock absorber, keeping the shell away from the user’s head. The brow band’s moisture-wicking properties help keep workers cool. To modify the fit, workers can easily adjust the ratchet dial at the rear of the suspension system.
