The GateKeeper Mezzanine Safety Gate creates a controlled access area for workers at the edge of material transfer areas on a mezzanine. The dual reciprocating gates help prevent workers or products from falling off an elevated platform. When the outer gate opens to allow pallets to enter the mezzanine level, the inner gate automatically closes. After the pallet is received, mezzanine-level workers open the inner gate – with the outer gate automatically closing – to remove materials. A toe board is included to protect against product being pushed to a lower level.
