The Pulse-Flow PTA pneumatic conveying system safeguards lithium nickel manganese cobalt oxide from moisture exposure and protects workers from toxic cathode materials during rechargeable battery production. The system transfers abrasive powder from bulk containers to mixers or other equipment in dense phase at low velocities to prevent metallic wear. A proprietary coating provides another wear-resistant layer to protect purity and promote proper electrical energy transfer from finished batteries. Explosion-proof and sanitary versions are available.
