The Dräger X-plore 8700 Powered Air Purifying Respirator is intrinsically safe and designed to operate in environments with highly combustible substances such as gases, vapor or fuels. The system has a wide range of headpieces, including facemasks, hoods and helmets, as well as accessories. The intelligent electronics allow recognition of the headpiece in use, and then automatically adjusts the flow rate without daily flow checks or calibrations. Multiple battery pogo pins provide a strong connection to the unit and charging port.
