The VAC-U-MAX Model 55SR Submerged Recovery vacuum cleaner renders reactive powders such as metal powders used in additive manufacturing and 3D printing inert by drawing them under a level of liquid. The ATEX-Certified 55SR is designed in anti-sparking 304 stainless steel construction with a 55-gallon cart-type dolly featuring grounding reel and six-inch static conductive casters for easy mobility. The 55SR separates debris from the air stream via dispersion screen and splash baffle with extended inlet assembly. The unit has a two-inch sanitary stainless steel drain valve with sight glass and 90-degree discharge elbow. The cover assembly includes hold down clamps, stainless steel anti-sparking inlet with tri-clover (sanitary) connection.
