The BAND V2 is a wearable physiological monitor to help prevent heat stress by giving real-time insight into worker physiology, including heart rate, core temperature, exertion levels and more. The device connects to SlateSafety’s platform and mobile app, which has customizable thresholds and alert settings. When paired with the BEACON V2 environmental monitor, it factors in ambient conditions such as eWBGT, temperature, humidity and heat index.
