The Personal Protective Equipment Specialist course provides 13 hours of training (1.3 CEUs) focused on the proper selection, use, maintenance and disposal of PPE. It covers key regulatory standards, hazard assessments, engineering and administrative controls, and PPE training requirements. Topics include eye and face protection; respiratory protection; head, hand and foot protection; hearing conservation; and fit testing.
