Coach Assist is an artificial intelligence-powered coaching assistant within the Lytx Driver Safety Program, designed to support fleet safety coaching. The tool uses generative AI to analyze safety event data and video context, then surfaces driver strengths; areas for improvement; and peer comparisons in clear, structured summaries. Coach Assist is intended to reduce the time required to prepare for coaching sessions and support more consistent coaching conversations between safety managers and drivers.
