Over time, Empower’s formulaic artificial intelligence will suggest applicable controls identified by other Empower users with those same hazards. JHA briefings
JHA briefings go one step further than toolbox talks, providing targeted content applicable to the attending group. Much of the difficulty lies in knowing what is best covered. However, if you conduct JHAs and understand the needs of your employees, you can set up any team for success.
With Empower’s JHA briefings, discussion content is customized based on completed JHAs. Each hazard and control in the Empower database includes a description for a JHA briefing, meaning a safety professional does not have to lead the briefings.
