New York — The National Labor Relations Board has closed its New York City office for administrative law judges.
The closure comes in the wake of Associate Chief Judge Kenneth Chu’s retirement in July and because of the remaining staff’s “significantly decreased need for physical office space.”
Cases from regional offices in Manhattan; Brooklyn; and Newark, NJ, are now being handled by NLRB’s office in Washington, D.C.
