Austin, TX — The Texas Department of Insurance’s Division of Workers’ Compensation has published a plain language glossary intended to make workers’ comp insurance easier to understand.
The glossary contains short definitions of nearly 150 medical, legal and other workers’ comp terms. It’s designed to help organizations and their employees with work-related claims, an email from TDI states.
