David O’Connor, vice president of global security/real estate at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Michelle Garner-Janna, executive director of corporate health, safety and environment at Cummins Inc., have been named panelists for the upcoming Employer Response Discussion Panel, part of the State of COVID-19 Response and Future World of Work Summit.
Scheduled for Dec. 9, the panel discussion will include:
- Innovative approaches to address the COVID-19 risk in the panelists’ organizations
- Effective practices across a variety of working environments
- Ways safety teams have met employee needs in partnership with other critical functions
