For more than 40 years, RPB® Safety has worked to provide the world’s industrial workers with comfortable, high-quality respiratory protection. From humble beginnings in Christchurch, New Zealand in the 1970s, we expanded into Australia in 1982. In 1998, we entered the U.S. market, while continuing to expand into other countries around the world. In 2006, RPB® opened a warehouse in Los Angeles to expedite shipping to U.S. customers. To better serve our U.S. and international markets, we relocated our global headquarters to a purpose-built manufacturing facility in Detroit in 2012. All RPB® products are proudly manufactured from this facility in the USA. RPB®’s mission is to protect you for life’s best moments by creating the world’s best industrial respirators that advance your safety and increase your productivity. We believe that comfort is essential to both safety and productivity, so these principles guide our research and development department. With a focus on user experience, each of our products is carefully designed with the end-user and application in mind. From our start in the abrasive blasting industry, we’ve taken our extensive learnings and transferred our expertise to serve other industries. As a result, we have greatly expanded our product line with exciting innovations in the welding/fabrication, painting, pharmaceutical, and general engineering and safety industries. Our offering has grown beyond respirators, and now includes complementary solutions such as air monitoring and filtration systems and safety essentials.
