Washington – Employers required to keep and maintain an OSHA 300 injury and illness log must publicly post their 300A summary sheet beginning on Feb. 1.
Form 300A summarizes work-related injuries and illnesses recorded in 2015. The summary is required to remain posted through April 30, in a conspicuous area where employee notices are customarily placed.
