Washington – Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis on June 7 announced that eight new members were appointed and seven were re-appointed to the Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health.
ACCSH advises the OSHA administrator on construction standards and policy matters. The 15-member committee consists of two members representing the public, five representing employees, five representing employers, two representing state governments and one appointed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
