It facilitates effective communication through regular check-ins and ensures a swift, reliable automated emergency escalation process. The escalation process is activated if the worker misses a scheduled check-in or if they push the SOS button. The escalation contacts are notified of the worker’s location via text, email and in the solution’s platform. Once the worker’s safety is confirmed, notes can be made in the solution’s audit log, providing users with essential information for reporting and investigating incidents.
