STAIRMASTER anti-slip renovation treads are ideal for exit path markings, safety egress systems, steps and landings. The treads are manufactured with heat-treated, corrosion-resistant aluminum substrate and a nearly diamond-hard aluminum oxide filler. NITEGLOW photoluminescent epoxy filler extends uniformly throughout the filler. The safety tread is available in 9- or 11-inch widths.
