The STUDSON SHK-1 Type II safety helmet features the buckle-free HighBar safety system with a single, stowable chin strap. The HighBar system uses hygienic, polymer material strap arms that allow for a precise fit. These arms can be easily rotated up for storage and quickly rotated back down below the chin when the helmet is in use. The simple one-strap system can be adjusted using a twist dial on the bottom of the strap.
