Storrs, CT — Researchers from the University of Connecticut’s Korey Stringer Institute are looking for environmental, health and safety professionals and employers to participate in a study about the perceptions of athletic trainers working in occupational settings, as well as their role in mitigating heat stress.
The study requires a 90-minute time commitment. Participants will be compensated.
To be eligible, participants must:
- Have an athletic trainer employed at their workplace.
- Be older than 18.
- Be employed as a nonmedical EHS professional (EHS manager, safety manager, industrial hygienist, CEO, owner, etc.) or an employer.
- Be able to speak English fluently.
- Have access to a phone or computer to take part in an interview.
