Rachel has more than seven years of experience in training development; environmental, health and safety compliance; and quality assurance. She specializes in leading the curation of strategic training courses and processes that strengthen workforce performance and ensure regulatory compliance. Rachel is passionate about fostering strong, compliant safety cultures. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time working with animals.

Mulango Akpo-Esambe, creative services manager, Novara

With 20 years of experience in motion design, 3D animation and illustration, Mulango specializes in creating engaging, interactive content that brings elements of safety training and education to life. He’s passionate about pushing creative boundaries to find new ways to connect with and captivate end users. Mulango is a father of three and has published a children’s book with his wife.
