The Jan. 15 issue of Membership News Alert erroneously reported that nearly one-third of home health care personnel had been assaulted at work by a patient. According to a forthcoming study by NIOSH, 31 out of 677 home health care aides and nurses surveyed reported being assaulted by a patient at work. Membership News Alert regrets the error.
