Washington — Four organizations have joined NIOSH’s Total Worker Health Affiliate Program, the agency recently announced.
Established in 2014, the program is intended to advance worker well-being through nonfunded collaborations with governmental and nonprofit organizations. It now has more than 60 members.
The new affiliates:
- BETA Healthcare Group
- Interactive Community Alliance
- Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity
- Oregon State University
“The four new affiliates demonstrate the breadth of the affiliate network, ranging from employers implementing TWH approaches in their workplaces to organizations that share promising practices related to creating healthier jobs, to outreach organizations making the case for the importance of worker well-being,” NIOSH says in a March 6 press release.
