Werner product crowned ‘Best in Show’

New Orleans — The Werner R3 Concrete Anchor has been awarded “Best in Show” in this year’s New Product Showcase Awards at the 2023 NSC Safety Congress & Expo.

Recognized before the Occupational Keynote on Tuesday, the R3 concrete anchor is a “reusable, safe and secure anchorage solution for horizontal, vertical or overhead anchoring applications. A rapid quick-release button allows users to easily install and remove, boosting productivity. Built with a rigid tri-wedge design and diamond-hard carbon coating, it enhances durability in all types of concrete applications. The anchor incorporates an omni-directional design, allowing the connector to rotate 360 degrees, and flip back and forth 180 degrees, to increase connector compatibility.” Check it out at Booth 1627.

“Placing” in the contest was the Juno Jones Women’s Steel Toe Meti II Boot from Juno Jones Women’s Safety Footwear. No more “pink it and shrink it!” The Juno Jones Steel Toe Meti II is ASTM-certified for impact, compression and electrical hazards. Features include an ASTM puncture-resistant midsole, nonslip tread, oil-resistant outsole, water-resistant construction, eco-certified leather, removable comfort insole, orange high-vis pull tab and YKK zipper.
