Washington — OSHA, NIOSH and a coalition of safety organizations – including the National Safety Council – are joining forces for the 10th annual Safe + Sound Week, set for Aug. 10-16.
The national initiative is intended to promote awareness and understanding of workplace safety and health programs and offer “information and ideas on how to keep America’s workers safe,” OSHA says.
The agency provides resources related to starting an organizational safety program, reviving an existing one or recognizing safety successes.
Registration for previous Safe + Sound Week events has opened in July.
