Washington — Construction employers are invited to participate in a free webinar that will address common OSHA citations in the industry, as well as harassment prevention.
Set for 1 p.m. Eastern on July 1, the event will also include discussion of employer responsibilities under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and how the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 applies to the construction industry.
The information featured will be from OSHA, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division. The agencies say the webinar will be “an engaging and interactive workshop,” and they encourage attendees to bring questions.
