Occupational health tools to support industrial hygiene and ergonomics initiatives have been added to a growing suite of web-based and mobile solutions for environment, health and safety professionals. The tools include one that uses visualizations to enable EHS pros to identify and group workers with similar exposures based on location, job, task, process, equipment operated and other factors; a resource to evaluate health and safety risks for similar individual exposure groups, graphically display findings, and establish priorities for measures such as sampling, investigation, monitoring, controls, and medical surveillance; sampling plans and events to help EHS teams validate or refine workplace risk assessments using rigorous sampling methodologies and evaluate findings against industry or regulatory standards; and ergonomic risk assessment tools.
