Federal worker advisory committee will discuss naloxone at April meeting
Washington — OSHA’s Federal Advisory Council on Occupational Safety and Health has scheduled a virtual meeting for April 18.
Set for 1 p.m. Eastern, the meeting’s tentative agenda includes:
- An update from FACOSH’s Subcommittee on Identification of Best Practices and Lessons Learned.
- NIOSH’s Total Worker Health, New Recovery Toolkit and Recovery Ready Workplace resources.
- The Department of Health and Human Services and General Services Administration’s guidelines for naloxone in federal facilities.
- The Department of Interior’s implementation of carry and use of naloxone.
Registration is required to attend the meeting.
FACOSH advises the labor secretary on workplace safety and health for federal employees.
